Patterson Sources Loan for Mixed-Use Project in Nashville
Third & Urban and investment partner FCP recently announced the opening of Sylvan Supply in the West Nashville corridor. The project represents the transformation of a 60-year-old factory on Charlotte Avenue into a mixed-use development featuring office, restaurant and retail. Patterson served as capital advisor.
