Patterson Serves as Capital Advisor for Luxury, Multifamily Development in Mount Pleasant, SC
Middle Street Partners and TREI Real Estate teamed up on a 224- unit, luxury, multifamily development overlooking the marsh in the Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, just a bike ride from the beach. Patterson served as the capital advisor, helping raise both the construction debt and equity. The team closed the capital stack in February and construction began immediately.
