Drever Capital Management closed construction financing with Batson Cook Development Company and FAST Preferred Equity for Larkspur at Creekside, a 184-unit active adult community in the high growth market of New Braunfels, TX, which is just 32 miles northeast of San Antonio and 48 miles southwest of Austin. Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group arranged the financing.
