Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group arranged a bridge loan for Hotel Bella Grace, a 50-key, boutique hotel located on Charleston’s historic Peninsula. Three P is the owner and the developer of the project that delivered in 2017. Patterson arranged financing with Ameris Bank.
