Carter, an Atlanta-based, national leader in real estate development and investment, recently closed financing for the development of Story Mundy Mill, a 300-unit garden-style multifamily project located on Mundy Mill Road in Gainesville, Ga. Patterson assisted Carter and its equity partners, GID and Artemis, with construction financing through Truist.
