In May 2017, The Dilweg Companies with the assistance of its capital advisor Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group closed on the acquisition of The Pointe, a two-building, 418,000-square foot office portfolio located at 400 & 500 Northridge Road in the Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta.
