BILL MEALOR
Since joining Patterson in 2010, shortly after its inception, Bill has served in a variety of capacities throughout the Company’s history. He currently serves as Co-Managing Partner. In this role, he continues to oversee capital transactions across a variety of asset classes and equity and debt structures while also guiding strategic initiatives and corporate operations.
Bill has provided capital advisory services and strategic consultation to institutional real estate owners, private equity companies, regional and local developers and owners, family offices and universities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Patterson, Bill was Director of Acquisitions for a private real estate firm where he sourced and led underwriting and due diligence efforts on fee simple acquisitions and loans. Prior to that, he worked at Parkway Properties. Bill’s efforts at Parkway were focused primarily on the management and leasing of buildings acquired through a discretionary fund. Bill began his career at Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting firm located in Washington, D.C.

LIFESTYLE
While originally from Memphis, TN, Bill currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two sons. He is a past board member of Road Safe America and is active in a variety of charitable organizations in Atlanta. He is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
