Patterson Facilitates Acquisition Financing For Vintage Apartment Community In Downtown Decatur

Broad Street Investments, with the assistance of their capital advisor Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, closed on the acquisition financing for 305 East Ponce, a 20-unit vintage apartment community in Decatur’s vibrant downtown corridor. Patterson arranged the bridge loan with First Carolina Bank, totaling $3.7 million to fund the acquisition and a capital improvement program geared towards kitchen renovations and deferred maintenance.
