Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group assisted Urban Realty Partners and Prestwick with construction financing for the development of 982 Memorial Drive, a 205-unit multifamily project located near the Eastside Beltline trail in Atlanta, Georgia. Financing was through Humphreys Capital and Principal Real Estate Investors.
