Amy Moffitt joined Patterson in the summer of 2013 where she was a sales associate for Toll Brothers, Inc., a national builder of high-end homes.
At Toll, Amy was based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and was involved in the selling and marketing of single-family and attached luxury homes for various communities in the Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill and Wake Forest markets. She received numerous awards and accolades for the sales she produced, and was elected as mentor/trainer for all of the sales people in both the Raleigh-area and Charlotte-area markets.
Previously, Amy worked in hospitality for a Marriott hotel at a retail destination area of Raleigh known as “North Hills.” Amy began her employment with the hotel at the ground-level, and was promoted to supervisor after only two weeks.
Prior to North Hills, Amy was heavily involved in the launching of a new sales office and development endeavor for an exclusive mixed-use project right in the heart of Chapel Hill on Franklin Street. She assisted with public relations, marketing and the engaging of the community to gain the backing and support for the developer in the planned revitalization of the downtown area.

Amy recently married and relocated to Atlanta where she and her husband have enjoyed learning the area, and taking advantage of what Atlanta has to offer including the multitude of great restaurants, shopping, parks, concert venues, and as avid sports fans, the local sporting events. Additionally, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling, especially if it is to beaches or mountains.
